services according to the level of expertise you require.
Since each situation is unique, I do not publish my rates. Please call me
and ask for a personalized quote*. (*I will try to gather details from you so
I can give as accurate an estimate as possible. However, the actual price
may vary from the quote due to unforeseen complexity or information
missing at the time of quote. If there is a large variance, I will contact
you to discuss this.) A typical phone interview will only take 5-10 minutes
of your time depending on your situation.
Some services (such as research, representation and resolution) can only
be quoted on a “per-hour” basis. You will be charged according to the
amount of time spent on your case. In some instances you may be charged
a retainer, which is due before work commences. In this case, invoices will
be billed against the retainer until it is exhausted, or until the service is
complete. Any retainer balance left will be refunded or credited against
future work.
